I remember back as a kid living in Hidden Hills in 1981 when this was the locally famous "Round Meadow Farms" estate and it was used to shoot porno movies in the 70s and 80s.... Lots of us little kids on our ponies got way more than an eye full riding by on the trail in the back. Ah. childhood memories....Good Times....lol

@@seanmick7737 Im a bit hazy but I think that gym/spa/bar area used to be a sound stage with different rooms that they could quickly build up for filming. One of my (12 yrs old at the time0 friends told me that he and his neighbor once broke in (door unlocked) and they saw a bunch of filming equipment, movable walls with fake windows and furniture that you would never want to touch and porno mags everywhere.
