It would be good if more suburbs are like this in edmonton, so everyone can have houses like this in a much more affordable price

This channel is great. I’d like to request more financial cost comparisons and discussion. The high efficiency 96% etc sounds good. But I’m middle income and I’d like to know if I can afford to do this. I’m not really concerned for the environment as much as I am concerned about a home that costs less to run and produces ROI.

If you’re just in it for the money, you’ve come to the wrong place

Anybody ?? If you were to wire a brand new home, Would you put a DC line in. You know, for things like charger, modems and routers.

It's a great idea if you don't own any kind of a sound system. Inverters give you a stepped wave, which would be OK if you owned a cheap radio for listening to music.

I drove through Blatchford a few days ago and there are only a few homes built. There is a reason all of these videos only show renders and pictures. It is mostly an empty field. Most of the videos shown are not even in Blatchford.

It’s still in it’s beginning phase. I might move here in the next 12 years (if it does get built). I’m still in school so it’s perfect after i get a job after

Never need maintenance? Out right lie, obviously has no clue how destructive nature is. Squirrels are monsters!

I would rather they upped the density rather than focus on net zero. Stop the city from continuing their urban sprawl, and consider that the city's carbon offset credit.
@dash-41505 жыл бұрын
Carbon buster? There would be no life as we know it without carbon. Studies show that during higher carbon eras life flourished, even in the oceans. Vegetation maintains the proper oxygen to co2 ratio in the atmosphere, the more co the more growth, less co, less growth. At a certain point plants stop converting co to oxygen.

True. No one talks about the benefits of more carbon in the atmosphere.

So do tall buildings which actually kill more. And don’t get me started on cats!
