@Lost In The Internet and why cant most people do a vegan diet? Do you have some sort of scientific reason or are you just saying that?
@eddiey6995 жыл бұрын
@Duke of Haphazard The reason is very simple. It's because the premise of meat eating itself is based upon taking the free will away from another being. Cows, chicken and pigs are enslaved, tortured and murdered for no nutritional, environmental or conservational reason. You can't complain about having the free will to take another beings free will away.

I slowly went plant based over the course of high school (4 years). At first my goal was 1 meal a day totally vegan then slowly increased to 2 and 3 etc. as I felt comfortable. In my experience, mentally I was able to stick with it because I didn't go on a diet, I just changed my way of eating if that makes sense; not eliminating things at first but instead adding in new things. For a time I still ate meat and eggs regularly with the plant sources acting as supplements. As I adapted they started becoming the main part of all of my meals. I still eat toaster waffles if im in a rush that do have eggs in them but i dont look at it as a failure because mentally im not on a diet. If you can get to even 25% of your daily meals being majority veggies the health effects are noticeable and worth it. Also sidenote: my acne isn't totally gone but greatly reduced to where idc haha.

If you put branded foods into cronometer, you usually wont get the micronutrients, so for example at 1:45 you show your micros, but it will actually be far less than you're actually getting in. What I do is if I eat a product very often, like a berry mix, is I create a "recipe" with those berries in, and add that instead, so it keeps all the micros.
@wocklover19402 жыл бұрын
Noticed this problem as well, and I just create a 'copy' for the missing amino acids on certain foods, I look up the amino acid profiles of said food and then just manually do the math for the serving size discrepancy. When you're done, it will save your meal as the meal name and then 'copy'. It's a pretty neat feature.

I’ve had it since 2015 now and last year I had a tenotomy surgery of the same kind as yours, but I’m still struggling badly with recovery and it’s quite depressing, I’m sure you had times where you hated it too. I’ve read so much content on PT and treatments, over and over including your interview with ATG, but I was hoping maybe if you had any extra tips or advice based on your experience you could share them, it would mean a lot since I’ve been athletically crippled for what feels like an eternity now and I’m determined to recover (Could people thumbs up so he can see)
