Just coming back to tell you that this workout is the truth. I did it with 15lbs weights. Once done, I stood up & fell right back down 😂 My legs have NEVER been this sore. I couldn’t work out again until 3 days later

Sorry but the legs are to big of a muscle group to get results doing light dumbbells, resistance bands would be way more effective or heavier barbell .
