I had a look at my comment of 10 months ago and I said this workout was intense but good. I did it today and thanks to MB for those strength workouts; this time round it wasn't intense. Wow I am so proud of myself 🎉🎉

Thank you so much for your rebounding workouts! I had my son back in October and your workouts have helped me get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and maintain my cardiovascular health! I would love more shorter routines for when we don’t have 45-50 minutes but still want a great cardio workout please! 🩵💪🏼

Loved this! Keep forgetting how much I love a good bounce!!! Thanks Michelle - loved the choreography of this one, made me really concentrate 👍🏻💪🏼 & those weights may have been light but, goodness me, you really notice them 😊🤣👍🏻

*this was awesome and glad i was able to catch on to all the choreography. super fun. 363 active calories burned and 423 total calories burned and counting wearing my one lb wrist weights! wanted something shorter but with some intensity to prep myself for the work day ahead!*

Another fantastic shorter rebounder workout - this was a sweatfest like none other. The wrist weights added the right amount of zing, as did the choreography. Loved it all! And for whatever reason… by the time I got to the last song (yes I’m being dramatic 🤣), it felt like it went on for about 3 months. JK, this one goes right into the overloaded “best of” collection. Giant thanks to Michelle & the Driveway Crew! 🎉

I just realized that wearing shoes makes ALL the difference. Could not keep up barefoot, put on my sneakers and then I could. Game changer.

@@MichelleBriehler I'm using a Leaps & Rebounds that isn't very firm, so that could have been part of it as well, and my lack of stability being barefoot? I'm not certain, but the shoes definitely helped.

You can always do what's best for you.👍 The beginner series has a few with no kicking too.

I feel like I’m getting a seazure following your workouts. I’m somewhat advanced rebounder and these workouts are way too fast and the movements are very complex, even for me so I can’t follow them at all. Could you please make more simple rebounder workouts? Thank you.

I do have a beginner series that you can try. kzbin.info/aero/PL7jTKNwerPcHNXgXg_OhmB1ckWxkbwQpP TIP: you can slow down the video by clicking on the screen, settings (looks like this ⚙️) Playback speed, custom (top right) and adjust the speed that's best for you. Hope that was helpful. What brand of trampoline are you jumping on? That can make a difference too. We have adjustable bungees that are set to firm.
