Woohoo!! So happy to be back with the workout routine!! This was especially tricky since I went kayaking over the weekend😆, but I LOVED the isolation moves at the end. I'm definitely going to have to watch some of the movies again that were mentioned. Thank you so much!!

Thanks Chris for an amazing shoulders workout.what an amazing start to the week.i really felt the burn in my shoulders and arms today..I used all my mix of dumbell weights .to really work very very hard.i feel so much stronger and fitter in my shoulders and arms.i really got my sweat on today.i got a really great workout today.thank you so much Chris.and it was fun as well.i worked to my very very best.and too my hardest.i really loved the 80's music.i had a good sing a long today.thank you so much Chris and DJkev and louie dog (woof)from daniel

Rocking 80's! I love walking around when lifting weights if able to and not swing...you walked around doing a move and I was right there with ya. Whoever thinks you are not working out when you don't have weights in your hands is wrong. Those small shoulder muscles, I had to go light on some and finished without on some.

Loved this "Shoulder Pads" w/o and believe me, we sure wore them in the 80's. If I'd been doing this w/o in the 80's, I probably wouldn't have needed them in my clothes 😅

This was my first workout and loved how you had us workout all the different muscles in our shoulder. I love how much I learn from you Chris about my body and how to work it for maximum results. This was an absolutely perfect class for me today Chris. Arrived back yesterday following a 3 week rather stressful trip to the UK where we nearly lost my Mum, so lucky that I was there to call the Emergency Services otherwise she definitely wouldn't have pulled through. My dad then ran me over in his mobility scooter, trapping my legs & feet underneath. The bruises are pretty spectacular 😂, my left foot is still really painful so might need to see my doctor if it doesn't improve but needless to stay am staying off any high level cardio. This class was tailor made & I'm so happy to be back joining you & the CD Fitness family. Loved everything about it, thank you so much ❤
