Great arm workout. Regarding the comments about 'my grandma used to do step', well, haters gonna hate! I'm a child of the early 80s and I did step aerobics as my gym class for a year in high school. When I found your channel I knew I had to go back to that as I was already doing weight training but not consistent cardio except for dance. Step challenges my body and my brain and it feels like dancing. Win win win! And I loved 'Get with the program'!

These tri sets were tough but I kinda dug it anyway! Definitely had to keep the weights lighter. Thanks Chris for mixing it up.

I loved this arm workout! It was so challenging but I didn't give up even I had to drop weight sometimes 😂 and I am going to do the ab challenge in the morning before work! Can't wait for it!

Louis is the best - and so is this class!!! Once I get going with these strength workouts, I get right into it... Just have to remember to do my daily push-ups BEFORE these classes, otherwise it's pretty brutal doing them after...

Three cheers for tri-sets! 🎉 Thanks for teaching us the safe way to lift to failure. I don’t feel bad anymore for dropping to a lower weight if my form starts to suffer. Saving this one in my “best arm workouts ever” list.

OMGeez!!! I did this in a hotel gym. Lowest weight was 10’s!! Ugh!! Had to improvise for some exercises that I needed lighter weights, but it was aweful and fantastic in all the right ways!!

that was tough, I did have to get the baby weights out at one point but didnt give up! I felt stronger and taller after this one. Chris has the uncanny way of knowing exactly when to tell me to "get out of my neck", Im sure she can see us really! Great workout. thank you

This was such a challenge! I loved it even though I definitely had to go down in weight with some exercises. My arms are shoulders felt so pumped after this. I would definitely buy a Get With the Program T-shirt. That was such a great idea!

This arms sculpt was REALLY effective!! I started with 15 lbs and by the end I had 3 lbs because my arms were shaking. Today I am wearing a tank top ‘cause I earned it!!! 🤗Thanks Chris!

OMG this was hard in the best possible way! I've been working out with video for more than thirty-five years and variety was always necessary for me to be motivated so I'd constantly be buying/trading/selling workouts to get something new. Now, having just turned sixty, I was just sick of all of them and finding it hard to get motivated every day. And then I discovered you. I now look forward to working out in a way I haven't in literal decades, I work harder, I'm stronger, and I never have to worry about what old workout I'm going to pull off the shelf. THANK YOU for bringing my motivation mojo back!

Wowza! Phew! Chris .what an awesome arm workout .that was so so challenging .I sweated like I had never sweated before.my arms were so on fire today wow! .I was working so so hard today.i could barely speak during the workout.i really pushed myself hard today.and really challenged myself.i really really loved using my dumbell weights today.i used mostly my heavy ones .for a really great arm workout.i so loved it so much today.thank you thank you so much Chris.and it was also fun today.and also thank you thank you for shipping me out one of your workout towels.over here to the uk.i am so looking forward to getting it and using it.from daniel.youre the best ever instructor /trainer ever chris

Call me a sadist 😂 but I LOVE working arms with you!! Not only because your arms and back are so motivating but because I know it’s always going to be a challenge and you push us to always be striving towards better form and increasing weights when we can. You’re such an INCREDIBLE trainer, Chris, I hope you never forget that!! A couple weeks ago I was at Menards getting bird seed and a guy saw me about to grab the 50 lb bag of sunflower seeds and was like, “Oh here let me help you!” And I ever so casually slung that bag into my cart like it was a bag of apples 🍎 😂you should have seen his face!! I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning but dragged my butt to the basement. This workout format was great! Still babying my right deltoid . I hate that I can’t do the weights I did before but it gives me hope when I see you adjust your weights down for some exercises. Thanks for a great workout.

This one was really challenging but a great you're body workout! I went heavier and dropped down in weight when I was losing form. This workout made me realize how much I have progressed since finding you back in July of 2020. Thanks for bringing on the challenges and keeping us strong and healthy❤❤

My arms were done after this workout. I really like the live workouts. My plan is to do as many as possible during the week. Feels like I am in a gym class. Phewy!! My arms are still shaking an hour after this workout and I can just about pick up my cup of tea!!. As Chris was saying you really don’t need to go heavy on those weights to feel the benefits, especially with those overhead tricep presses, they were tough but affective 💪💪

Tricep burnout happened!!! It was the second round I had to drop form 8’s to 5’s and I dropped after only after a few and had to shake my arm out…whew! Then you dropped your arm too! So I didn’t feel so bad😂🤣 and my husband was like “see it’s okay” 🥰 I guess it is good when you work your muscles that hard! Even with those little 5pounders…🤪🤪this is a definite a “save this for arm day”!💪😅
