This my first workout with a slam ball. I am really into weight lifting and I had to admit that even if the ball is lighter than my weights this workout was pretty challenging and sweaty. Thank you so so so much KayKay !!!

So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds.
