Hey there! Today, I’m bringing you a 30-minute Full Body Medicine Ball HIIT Workout that’s designed to challenge every major muscle group, boost your cardio, and improve your endurance. We’re kicking things off with a warmup to get our hearts pumping and our muscles ready for action. Trust me, you’re going to love how dynamic and versatile a medicine ball can be for your workouts.
We’ll move through high-intensity intervals, using the medicine ball to add resistance and intensity to our exercises. From squats and lunges to overhead presses and twists, every movement is designed to maximize your calorie burn and build strength. And, of course, we’ll wrap up with a cool-down to help our muscles recover and reduce the chance of soreness.
What I love about this workout is how it challenges your balance, coordination, and agility, all while giving you a fun and engaging experience. It's perfect for any fitness level, whether you’re just starting out or looking to switch up your routine.
So, grab your medicine ball (the one I use in the video is 8.8 lbs), set aside 30 minutes for yourself, and let’s get moving. You’ll be amazed at what you can accomplish in such a short time. Let's do this together!
