Quite challenging and It needed to give myself love and accept my limits. I turned down the speed of the video to be able to breath deeply into each poses and transitions. Finally I came out of it proud of me. I love to follow your program. See you tomorrow!

The way the mat sometimes folds over because of the breeze and Charlie has to keep adjusting it - it really makes the practice, and the teacher, more down to earth and relatable and reminds us that nothing/no one is perfect ❤ it's like a symbol of how life keeps giving us challenges and we have to keep adjusting

OOh, i loved that one, Charlie! Pleasant spinal cracks from the twists and i liked the original variations (novel for me) on the cat/cow. Was quite smug until… we got to the grand finale of the splits :-D Well, not even close but, practicing the non comparison, person-mastery focus, i note that it was the splittest pose i have done in years.

Charlie, you make people do incredible things... :) I would never have believed that my 56 year old body was capable of such things. I've been doing yoga for about 1.5 years, but it's only thanks to you that I've really gotten into yoga now! Every flow is a challenge, an enrichment, an experience, a discovery and always pure joy. One of my favorites from this challenge so far! Loved working towards middle splits. The trick of keeping a Cow-pose like upper body really changes the experience. I still have a long way to go with middle splits, but it's feeling more and more comfortable thanks to your classes! Thank you 🌸

Hi Charlie, wow, middle split is out of my reach, but I can live without it, and steel feel the stretch in the adductors when I gradually widen my feet apart😉 I wanted to thank you for this challenge, and also for taking time every day to warm up our wrists. As someone who suffered from wrist and thumb tendinitis, I appreciate a lot that time dedicated to those sensitive joints ! And, for me, this is when I can gather myself and be ready for the practice. Thank you 🙏🙏

Great way to safely introduce splits into a practice! I often see people trying to get their splits push their hips too far and end up hurting themselves, this practice really emphasised easing into it and that's awesome! ❤

After each practice I also separately practice the asanas I would like to be able to do - and I’ve noticed I am more capable of doing them even though those are not the peak poses in your classes! I do this challenge as my morning routine and I find them a little difficult but good. This class was better than the ones before. I need more discipline to wake up earlier 😅to be able to complete the ones that are 20+ minutes.

I'll let you know if it gets me any closer. The fact that I can't open more than 90 degrees in straddle is where I think the problem lies.
