I feel the BURN Amy! Probably the fastest workout ever, I was amazed that it was over before I knew it! Love those 25 min workouts, they are short but very intense and effective! Thanks Amy!😃❤

Wow!!! Super challenging 25 minutes that really got me moving this morning!!! Each 4 minute round was better than the other!!! Loved it!!!! Yes.. Sculpt and Burn!!!!! 💪🔥!!!!!

Those 25 minutes are just getting tougher in each new workout💥! It was tougher than I thought it would be ...my muscles are on 🔥🔥🔥!!! Excellent workout Amy 💪!

Sculpt, tone and BURN with this full body dumbbell workout. In four minutes intervals, you’ll go through muscle endurance sets while keeping your heart pumping for cardio.

Oh the Burn is real!! I missed this yesterday. My family and I had the stomach bug over the weekend. We are better now. I'm glad I waited until today to do it. I loved this workout and feel Amazing!! Have a great day everyone!!

What a burner! These 25 minutes workouts are killers.. very challenging, go fast and sometimes I have to pause to bring my heart rate little lower.. but before we know, we're done for the day. I've been so tired after each workout that last week couldn't comment on any of the workout. They all were super intense and I loved all of those too. Thanks Amy for all your hard work and creativity! 🤗🤗💛

Omg new fav! I’m so spent. 😅 Worked with 15’s and 12’s for most of the way til the end. This is a great shirt workout and felt so complete!

I loved this workout. I love the challenge. I want to work a bit deeper into my muscles and this workout delivered good, solid work for legs, arms--biceps/triceps, chest, back, & core. AND the pace is so good--breaking it down to three sets--the minutes fly by. It feels good after a workout whenever I feel like I (appropriately) challenged my muscles a bit more than the previous workout and/or press a bit deeper than last time. I should feel this tomorrow. If I don't then maybe I could have gone a bit heavier with my dumbell weight. Either way, I feel good about the work I put in today. Thank you for putting the work in too. Like # 556

Really wasn't feeling it today but after doing this I felt so energised and because I only have lighter weights I had a bit more to give so squeezed in one of your 10 min hiits as a finisher. And now I'm done! Thank you!

I know everyone is always super positive on the comments, but I try to give you my honest feedback. I love how you are always changing it up, Amy. That is important to me because I definitely get tired of doing the same thing all the time! I like the moves in this workout, but I did not like the cueing in combination with the timed sections. I felt like I missed the first few reps of everything while figuring out what we were doing. I do appreciate everything you do though!

Thank you so much for this feedback! The cueing does get challenging in this type of workout, I agree. Timed intervals with breaks in between are easier to cue-- more of those coming up this week and next!
