WOAH! We are working IT! I mean we get all the goodies with this full body no repeat workout! You are going to get an awesome workout that flies by with this one! We are working to build strength all over, and to maximize this 25 minutes, make sure that you select dumbbell weights that will challenge you!
UPPER BODY & ABS NO REPEAT DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES
MUSCLES TARGETED: SHOULDERS, BACK, CHEST, BICEPS, TRICEPS, OBLIQUES, RECTUS ABDOMINIS
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
- DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10lbs to 30lbs
- EXERCISE MAT
STRUCTURE
12 SUPERSETS
24 TOTAL EXERCISES
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 30 SECONDS AFTER EACH SUPERSET
NO REPEAT SO MAKE EACH SET COUNT!

- ALTERNATING REAR STEPPING LUNGE / SHOULDER PRESS
- ROMANIAN DEADLIFT / OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION
- L-RAISE / TRICEP KICKBACKS
- SQUAT / SQUAT JUMP
- HEEL TAPS / PLANK SHOULDER TAPS
- SINGLE ARM BENT OVER ROW / SWITCH SIDES
- ARNOLD PRESS / REVERSE GRIP BENT OVER ROW
- PUSH UPS / CLOSE GRIP PRESS
- CURTSY LUNGE / HAMMER CURLS
- LEGS UP TOE TOUCH / ISO-HOLD DEAD BUG
- 3 CRUNCHES 3 HIP LIFTS / PLANK W/ ALTERNATING KNEE DROPS

I'm a KCF addict for sure! I have a wrist issue and am not allowed to perform push ups. What is the best exercise to replace push ups with? I have no other restrictions, for instance I can still do planks, but the extra pressure the push up places on the wrist joint is not possible. Thank you for everything! 💜💜

Aww! Ace! Thank you!! Chest press would be an awesome replacement! This will still work the chest! Chest flys as well if you want to mix is up and close grip chest press for tricep push-ups! 😄
