Started out doing your "upper body for beginners" with 5kg dumbbells for a while. Came back to your channel to see if you had any full body, and hey presto! Really good workout plus the dogs appearance was classic, everyone needs a dog or see one for motivation! Thanks a lot, this will now be my new routine.

Tried to many workouts since quarantine started here in early March. Your channel has been the best so far! I’ve been able to keep up with all the sets and they are awesome and focus on doing it right, not fast. Thank you so much!! You’ve helped me lose a few pounds already! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for doing these videos. You get right to the point and I appreciate that. Others spend too much time with endless talking that is just a waste of time. This is great and I was so surprised how well and fast these exercises work. I saved this video so I can keep doing this every day. Thank you

How we transform our arms skiny to good?
@ACHVPEAK7 жыл бұрын
Most important part of building size is calories eaten. You need to eat enough to allow your body to grow. Next is to work the muscle in a 10-15 rep range and REALLY focus on getting a good pump (blood flow) in your arms. You can perform anywhere from 3-6 sets and make sure to keep that pump going. Try working your arms a few days a week as well but never when sore. You should also make sure to have a few sets at the end that go to failure too. I hope this helps
@imanahmed54147 жыл бұрын
REPS OF WHICH MACHINE , And how does protein help
@ACHVPEAK7 жыл бұрын
You can use dumbbells, a machine, or a barbell if you want. The most important thing is that your targeting the muscles (triceps, biceps, forearms, and shoulders) from different angles and changing the actual exercise around every 4 weeks. This will prevent your muscles getting used to the exercise movement. You can do exercises such as close, wide, and normal grip curls, hammer curls, reverse curls, tricep push down and extensions, skull crushers, dips, curl to press, shoulder press, lateral and front raises, reverse flyes... the list could go on. Try to consume around .8 to 1.0 grams of protein per pound of body weight. If you are overweight you should probably drop that down to .6 to .8.
