I always love when you tell us what muscle we're supposed to be working and why, as it makes me immediately adjust so I'm getting the best out of the workout. And I so appreciate you reminding us that doing what we can is enough. And that we'll have days where we can't show up. I have been sick for a whole week and started exercise back up today-- I felt very guilty for missing my workouts even though my body needed the rest but you saying that made me feel so much better. I'm doing this to be healthy and so doing my best when that's an option is for my greatest good. I just get right back on it when I can and I felt sooo accomplished today after finishing the video. Thanks for being you! ❤

10, 15, 20 minutes - any amount of body movement is better than no body movement, keeping the body in circulation mode is vital. I will do this one now. When are you due? (if I may ask)
