This was awesome! It's one of your best yoga 🧘♀️ routines for sure! I loved that it moved but had a good amount of holding stretches. Will be saving this one!

It’s Day #14 of your LEAP Challenge! This yoga inspired workout uses a circuit format rather than a flow, taking exercises in 40 second intervals to get mobility, flexibility and strength. Go through each circuit twice for a full body active recovery restorative workout.
