I love these videos. I’ve tried watching other yachting content but it’s just not the same. If I don’t hear “tuck yourself away with a good book”, “masses of storage”, “great little snug” or “what a great place to sit and have a drink” then I’m simply not interested. Some people meditate to relax, others listen to soothing music but for me it’s an Aquaholic video wherever possible. Just as a side note, I wonder if Nick gives himself a cheeky little wave when walking into the bathroom at home?...........Thanks Nick, great job. You are racing through your second century of subscribers with many more to come I’m sure......thoroughly deserved.

A rare treat to tour a rare boat. This custom fitted yacht has the feel of a true owner-operator 'designed' vessel. Touches that a marketing firm couldn't describe in a sentence and would cause any accounting department to cringe when presented with the costs. Profit margins be damned - let the "down home" luxury surround us in a way that generates good fun - just like this tour. This is one of the nicest yachts I've seen, that I couldn't afford, amongst all the unaffordable yachts you've shared. Thanks again...

Canados, Akhir and San Lorenzo of the mid 90s were and still are some of the best and most reliable motoryacht ever built. I remember spending my summers in croatia going absolutely crazy every time i could spot one when reaching a port or bay and immediatly running to meet the owners and ask them their specs. Then one of our closest friends bought what was the direct rival of this Canados, a '95 San Lorenzo 18, i spent some of my best times on that Yacht and is still in my mind one of the most beautiful boats ever built. I will always have the fondest memories of that yacht and its owner.

She’s a real period piece indeed. I think I’d just change the Master over to a queen berth, and use her as a live aboard. I love these videos, and it's so rare for Nick to bring us older boats. I feel they give us a glimpse into the past as far as engineering solutions. That there is a boat I can see myself purchasing if I could save up the scratch.

I've been hooked on your channel for a few months now and you have shown me more yachts than I ever thought I cared about. Eventually though, they do all blur together and are essentially just RV's on water. This one though...very much appeals to me. I love the woodwork throughout, and 60' seems like a reasonable size. If I were in the market for a million £ boat I would probably buy this one for 1/4 the price and use another 250k updating whatever needs updating and still have half.my money sitting in the bank.

Nowadays and concerning to your videos of more modern yachts, it seems absurd *how much place the engine-room was supposed to have on a yacht back then.* It´s more then half of the lower deck just for a pair of *gigantic* 820HP each, instead of one or two extra cabins and a pair of pod-driven volvos, which would do the same job. *Anyways:* It´s an early 90´s, when layouts and possibilities were obviously different and *it´s still a very lovely and classy yacht.* Thanks again Nick for an entertaining tour...!

I have to be honest, but we have never had a better yacht than our old start of the 90 s 120 feet canados. The doors and especially hinges are so much better than on the boats built today. And we have have never had a boat, better than the canados in rough med. sea.

I love seeing these older yachts. They feel more "Cabin On The Water Cozy" instead of the newer style "Minimalist Apple Cellphone Chic". And it is 1/4th the price of a 2-3 bedroom house in California. If it wasn't seaworthy, I'd trailer it to a plot of land and live on it there.
