The first time I practiced your work and got in my body, I met a man. I didn’t talk to him for some time but he would contact me when I had a lot of male energy coming towards me. He always felt it. We are now together. He is everything I wanted and more. Your work is so important. It took us 1 year and 5 months to be a couple. Men for sure move slow! Doing your work I got men who never contacted me, to reach out. So I know like I know your work is real.

Many times abusive men will take advantage of the fact that we downplay ourselves for them and their insecurities, then they feed on that with manipulative tactics and childish guilt to keep us feeling bad for them.

@mariamme. what kind of response is that? You do not know my story or stories of other women and how easy it is for abusive men (or women) to act like they are normal at first. My first abusive relationship was when I was very young and didn’t know better and then my second one I was in that relationship for 19 years and it was a slow progression and had to do with alcoholism. What an ignorant statement to say “Just don’t select them” wtf 🤣🤣🤣 Also, who are you to say what my life experience has taught me or if it was my own relationships only that I witnessed and experience? My step dad was an abusive fck too and that sets the tone for what I was willing to accept. I did not know my real dad but he was extremely abusive and I have memories of the abuse he inflicted upon my mother. It is a very interesting and unfortunate mindset that you have there, where you assume women can easily select better men 😂 Please do educate all of us and let us know how to look out for red flags and in which ways but it’s so super obvious that someone is going to be abusive physically, mentally, emotionally etc…. Jesus fckn Christ give me a break 😂

To the girl who dated the guy who was insecure.. his job. What I have found to be true is you really cannot date someone who isn't as equally successful as you especially if you're a woman. Unfortunately they will turn to you for masculine energy and a lot of ways cuz you are the financial breadwinner. That is certainly his problem and if he cannot deal with that then he's not the right man for you

i am the exact same as you Adrienne with the movie theater prick. I would have said something, my ex reacted the same way your ex did. Didn't take up for me or have my back. I cried in the shower when we went on our first holiday together because he never made ANYTHING happen. Even walking into restaurants, I would wait to let him lead, and nothing. I would have to say 'two for dinner.' Just a small example but it was exhausting. I really like a take charge guy. And yes soooo true on how different it is being out in the world with a protector man than without! I LOVED that you brought that up and your anecdotes! people cutting you off, etc but not when out with him. xxox

I love how you talk that a man can be in this talking relationship for years. My ex is still in touch with me. I feel like I moved on. I am still warm, but even meet-ups are falling so short I possibly cannot say yes to them. He came up with maybe three in the last 7months, and countless 'i miss you's. They are always on his terms, after his work, just a walk, a drink... After alcohol he is making me feel uncomfortable and claims he can't do anything about it. If he can't respect my boundaries after drinks, we won't meet for drinks anymore. I wish him well. At this point, I don't want him to be my chat buddy. I'd say yes to a friendship, but only if he respects those friendship boundaries. Should I just block him? It seems like he wants me in his life, but the low effort is just really meh to me and like I'm wasting my time on something that does not nourish me. The funny thing is, I really do wish him well, and I wish I could be there to see him being happy.

Sometimes men try to not defend you because they want to be respectful.
