Hi! I think it will be hard to workout with such weights. You will train your hands more than your whole body. It's better to use two small 0.5 liter bottles of water or rice. I hope it will help you 🤗

I'm not Eleni. Howevere, as I've just done it, I can say it would be hard to perform exercises with 3kg. You'd better take a couple of bottles with water (or fill them with sand or something like this). Evene half kilogram each can be enough, as you'll need to keep balance. I use 4 and 6 kg weights when I do usual weight workout. In this one I used 1 kg weights, and one exercise I thought would be ok to do with no weights (21:50). 2 kg weights were a bit too much for me, so I droped for lighter weights.
