I’m so glad you commented that you feel it in your hamstrings because I do and I always thought I was doing wall bridges wrong! I’m a huge fan of all your workouts. Great workout. I have problems with neck strain when I do a lot of head lifting in a row. Tip from a previous trainer... i put a 12lb Nordic Lifting ball under my head when I start feeling strain. I get the lifted head impact on my abs without the neck strain. It's better than sitting out some of the workout.

Hiii, been loving your workouts! However, whenever I have to bridge up the wall, my tailbone/lower back start hurting (have broken my tailbone 10 years ago). Am I doing something wrong? I am squeezing my glutes as well but it hurts a lot after a while… Love you!

I would bridge on the floor if it bothers u. I actually get the same things sometimes, I hurt my tailbone snowboarding many years ago and the wall hurts more than floor bridging!
