Rick. you get the most interesting guests from the full Mormon spectrum. Thanks for not doing our thinking for us!

This is a great interview! After following so much of his scholarship in all of Dan Vogel’s videos it was fun to finally learn about Dan’s background-as a McConkie Mormon! Funny plot twist 😂 kinda reminds me of my adolescence and young adulthood

OMG!!! It's Dan Vogel!!!!!!! Okay, enough of the fanboying. I actually knew he was interviewed by you because he posted something about it on Facebook. Just glad to now see the interview is finally being published on KZbin.

Rick your interviews are very wide in their span and topics. You are doing fine. I’m glad you are not letting the thin skinned push you around.

It’s interesting and a bit concerning how defensive and mean some people get when they hear the truth. There came a time when I had to ask myself and the Lord if it was the messenger of the truth or what the truth represented that seemed to be disruptive to my existing beliefs of the faith.

It's interesting and a bit concerning how some people throw insults and inquire about worthiness status and think it is their God given right to do so with impunity. These people have beams in their own eye while pointing out the motes in others. You probably don't get asked about your temple recommend status as much as I do, but it happens several times a month for me. I probably should have shut down the comments sooner to avoid the ugliness.

Dan says he works part time, and he's awake early in the AM to get to work. What is his job? Can anyone help clarify?

@@GospelTangents thank you for helping me to understand. I get curious about this kind of stuff for some reason. Dan's scholarship us totally amazing, so it's great to hear him talk and think off the top of his head like this. Very cool interview you have on offer here.

My comment was erased. Why? Is it because I challenged your guest?

Personal attacks will not be tolerated. If you rephrase it that in a way that is not attacking, that is fine.

@@paulgregersen3570 fine but that's not what you said last time. I'll even let you post a link to your videos. You just weren't as civil last time.

@@paulgregersen3570 You might want to wait until we discuss the Book of Abraham. Otherwise it would seem out of place here and won't get read.
@paulgregersen35705 жыл бұрын
@@danvogel6802 More recently, you are widely known for your massive assault and nagating of the Book of Abraham. The discussion is apples and oranges to me. You reference Egyptian mythology as the only basis of translation for the facsimiles. I take it to a Hebrew biblical explanation with lots of connective evidence. Something you seem to deny being possible.
