i followed and tried some exercises from other Channels in past 3 months but i like this workout most!! non-stop sweating in this 40min! For the first 2 or 3 times, i was just follow the motion. But now i can also feel the reaction of muscle! keep it up! love you video!

I have followed all the steps for a month but I havent seen the shape of abs being developed . Do I need to extend the time for training or any suggestions? Thank you.

Can you feel your abs with your hands? If yes, then you might need to lower your body fat to see your abs clearly which means more cardio exercise. If not, then you need more training to develop your abs. honestly, the development of the abs also depends a lot on genes. some people get them easily and some need a lot more time. One month is a rather short period of time. so just keep training until you see your result. this workout is not easy one. If you can do it once a day, it's already very good. of course you can do more to get faster result depend on your body capability. just make sure you focus on your abs' contraction every single movement, every single second. a lot of people follow the movement but not really target the abs.

@@chuckmeo I see. I can feel my abs getting stiffer but I have not seen a defined shape yet. I will increase the cardio work to maybe 45-60 minutes to lower my fat hopefully it will be faster. Thank you.
If possible, yes. It is a fantastic workout, but of course you can do it whenever you want. The more frequency you do the more calories you burn, and the faster you will get your abs.
