Hi Coffee, 10:22 part was very hard for me to raise up my upper body. I felt like my neck was doing the job instead of my back 😢 Can you please advise what exercise should I do to help this? Many thanks!!

I'm no expert, but this is what I do! The safest way is to keep your head and neck on the ground and focus on strengthening your lower body during the exercise. Then later, working on some upper body crunches to strengthen the upper body so that you can work up to raising your head. Make sure to focus on using your upper ab muscles when crunching. A trick to reduce strain on your neck is to look at the place where the wall meets the ceiling. Don't raise your head much, but just look at it and have your abs do the work. Aligning your head with your spine before crunching helps to get your head and neck in the right position.
