Disagree. NH is more interested in listening himself talking, overcomplicating everything and having only negative things to say about just about everyone. He has stated many times not being interested in stepping on stage, doing cuts, never have coached anyone either. He brings nothing positive to a BB discussion.
@CrispyRaha
@CrispyRaha Жыл бұрын
@@fluffyscruffy I 100% agree with you that. NH is better on his own videos for many of the reasons you stated. I do think that applies to quite a few creators though, not just him. I am only hoping at the chance that they get to discuss something (however small) that otherwise wouldn't be covered on his channel by him. It's also a nice bi-product for a variety of channels to co-lab and grow together.

its not about the time you have to train but the stress that comes with havng kids wich affects gains a lot
@Stevenkeay8
@Stevenkeay8 Жыл бұрын
Lack of sleep is a big one, my kid woke up pretty regularly, took a long time to put down, woke up early etc. There might still be time, but sacrificing other hobbies or entertainment, socialising etc has its own stresses that impact training.

@@Stevenkeay8 yeah ofc, i was more refering to people that say they dont have time but they do...some days i literally dont have 20 minutes of free time (thats my timer for ig and facebook so i can see it) but most of the times i manage to workout...who of those who stopped liftinf because of kids also stopped consuming social media?...it sounds like i am bragging (and it kind of true) but this is something that piss me off
@ReviveStronger
@ReviveStronger Жыл бұрын
I thought the same way for a long time and generally it isn't an issue. The problem is though, if you have inflexible working hours, partner gets sick, etc. I've experienced it myself and there were times where it became extremely challenging. I still made it work but that's mostly because I'm mentally ill though. But yeah, most people who make that claim have plenty of time. - pascal
@Stevenkeay8
@Stevenkeay8 Жыл бұрын
@@ReviveStronger I feel there is a balance aswell that often gets overlooked; many people treat things like lifting as do or die, mentally punishing themselves when life gets in the way or they prioritise their social life, entertainment or anything else over lifting. It's different when it's your career or major life goal of course, but from my experience many people have this mindset about something that for them is really a hobby/lifestyle, where they should develop having a guilt free compromise when fitting exercise into other aspects of their life. I had the same issues when I started out and it took me a fair while to build a healthier mindset.
