@@brownboy534 these situations are more complicated than “he is legally allowed to open carry, so you can’t violate his constitutional rights”! In this particular situation, the man was pulled over for a traffic violation! It was then made clear that the car was not legally registered/ insured! He was then legally detained while they ran his license to drive, registration, car insurance and permits to carry! In this scenario, it’s not only legal to disarm him while they verify his information, it’s also common sense to do so.

Recently, Canada, small northern town. Three cruisers, 4 officers approach my parked vehicle that I was sleeping in with another and 2 dogs. There was no crime, no moving infraction, I laughed at the cop who eventually said "the reason I pulled you over...."Really?!? Really?!? I was pepper sprayed, force able removed from the vehicle, not lawfully arrested, not lawfully transported, not lawfully detained, for not identifying myself to the criminal thugs full of pride, ego, and no knowledge of the law, rights, limitations of authority....just criminal thugs. They all discussed me. They all need to go...it is systemic and is not correctable....once corrupt always corrupt. This in only one of numerous not lawful acts they have done, which includes kidnapping theft, extortion, fraud, over and over.

@@02WS6 So everyone fully comprehend your response: You have no comments on abuse of office, power, or authority. You have no problem with police abusing their office, power, or authority to the point of violence, not lawful arrest which is kidnapping. You are suggesting that the "waiving of the right to not identify if not under a "lawful" arrest is the road to "preserving rights"? If you do not see the flaw in your thinking, you; and all those like you, are part of the problem. I bet you are a cop. Arrogant, prideful, ego-driven cop. Who exactly do you believe has the lawful authority to convey to you or any cop, lawful jurisdiction; power; or authority over me and my: rights; property; possessions; freedoms; liberty; immunity; time; movement; travels; inventions; or creations? And if you believe that the have conveyed lawful and public authority to you; then they are all powerful and can deprive you of all of the above, and how did "they" come by this all powerful authority lawfully? Do you believe I waived all my rights because someone was elected to some office?

I get what you are saying and I agree with you but the real issue is that its very hard to be respectful and cooperative when those same people have treated you like shit and you have a chip on your shoulder from that treatment. Let me tell you a story. I am from Jamaica and back in the day I was a reserve soldier and worked as a Clerk of Court at the family court. Now , wearing cammo is actually illegal in Jamaica if you are not military. one monday evening I was coming from work and was accosted by a police patrol. They drove the same old US army jeeps. Buddy jumped out , grabbed me by the back of my cammo fatigues and said take this fucking thing off. When i tried to tell him that I had training that weekend and was coming from work because I didn't have time to change he simply used a knife to rip my Jacket and then emptied my pockets on the ground . He then tried to kick y legs out from under me and because he failed he butted me with his AR 18. Now, the thing is we sometimes had joint police military patrols so it wasn't hard to find out which patrol did this and my CO arranged for us to patrol with two military jeeps and one cop jeep. You of course can imagine their surprise when we confronted them in one of the many lonely back streets and explained that we were going to have a chat with the one who fcked with me. To be honest we didn't actually do anything but for years I had a massive chip on my shoulder against every cop I met even though I had to interact with many cops on a daily basis. I wont lie, I massacred them in court at every opportunity and only lost that hatred long after I left the family court and migrated.

@Hysterical_Turf Gaming what exactly IS a law abiding cop, when SCOTUS has given them the qualified immunity that protects them from any repercussions or accountability when they break three or four laws and potentially endanger the lives of innocent people around them just to arrest someone who broke FAR fewer laws than the cop did to pull them over?
