Yes! You can definitely give this a try. The first week might feel harder but actually it gets better in time as you can have regular meals in the coming weeks. Do hope to hear your success story soon! Good luck! 💕

can i please ask apart from the fasting in the 2nd,3rd,4th week, were you still only allowed the same type of food in the rest of the weeks as well?

Hi! 👋🏼 No, there are some type of foods allowed in the coming weeks. You can use the below for your reference!😊 Week 2: Legumes, nuts, a little kimchi, 1 cup of black coffee in the morning, 2 cups of milk, non-salty natural cheese, consume protein drinks twice a day (breakfast and afternoon snack). Lunch is a low-carbohydrate diet, the same as for days 4 to 7. Dinner is a no-carbohydrate diet, with plenty of protein, such as blue-backed fish and, if possible, boiled or boiled meat (boiled pork, shabu-shabu, etc.) without feeling hungry. Week 3: Sweet pumpkin, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, chestnuts, bananas, and berries are added to the permitted foods. Quantity control is essential. Consume protein drinks twice a day (morning and afternoon snack). Lunch is a low-carbohydrate diet, and dinner is a no-carbohydrate diet, the same as the second week. If you have done high-intensity exercise, carbohydrate snacks such as bananas and sweet potatoes are also possible, but not recommended. Week 4: Fruit (limited to 1 per day) and protein drinks are consumed twice a day (breakfast and afternoon snack). Low-carbohydrate diet for both lunch and dinner.
