From the distance of the internet I would give it a 8/10. It's an over 50 year old car and has only minor imperfections.

Thank you for the trip down memory lane. My dad had two of these and a Triumph TR 3 parked in a one stall garage. We also had the van. He bought a 12'x12' shed loaded it in the van brought it home, built it and parked the van in it. I remember the window wash didn't always hit the window of the Subaru but the car next to you. Great video.

These are such cute little cars, and I do love the two-stroke engine sound. (Once owned a Trabant...) Who would've bought one of these new in the States, I wonder? It's pretty much the opposite to the massive late-Sixties cars produced in Detroit, so why did Malcolm Bricklin think it'd be a success? I'm sure I will never see one here in the UK, but I am glad to see your videos of your own cars. They look to be so much fun!

Mark again. The Subaru 360 parts seller on eBay "can-antho" from Long Beach, Ca is a Subaru 360 Club member who has helped us alot by offering his fine reproduction parts. Keep them running on both cylinders.

Is the owner trying to make this a 100 point car? Or just something to have fun with and drive around during the summer? Because a lot of these comments may or may not apply depending on that. Personally I’d be happy with it despite its perceived faults.

Wifes name and pic . Mark here. Great video! Very well done, sedan looks very nice and much better than so much of the junk people try to sell. The new owner is lucky to have it in your care. But as you pointed there are a lot of small stuff was incorrect or missing. Throttle cable is a big problem, but luckily for the new owner they are finally being reproduced, ebay $220 for sedan cable. JDM-car-parts.com has great products. I met the company owner a few years ago at the Japanese Classic Car Show in Long Beach, Ca. His sedan which he restored with parts he reproduced, won Best of Show out of about 1000 vehicles. It was in my opinion it was of Perfect Concours quantity!! You are probably are a Guru, but I have the 360 van from The Guru Ed Parsil. I think you would agree.

Had on in 1979. Haven't seen one since. Daughter and I did buy (2) 1958 and a 1959 Nash Metropolitans today. One is a runner. I say that car was a flip. It came a long way and needs a bit more to be spot on.

5 out of 10? I think it would be a little higher. Looks to me like someone put a ton of time into that little breadpan on wheels. A few corners were cut but it also looks like an awful lot weren't cut. It seems to be in great shape. A lot better than any used car I've ever bought.
