Mel, those chicken recipes look utterly divine! I love roasted tomatoes but might add broccoli to the pan too. Another idea is from Martha Stewart - she adds purple grapes with salt & pepper & with the balsamic vinegar it would give a delightful sweet & sour taste! CAREFUL with both grapes & tomatoes bc they are molten lava on the inside! Love the diabetic friendly cheesecake bars too but I think I might use Splenda vs sugar. Mel, a tip on the parchment paper. I struggled and struggled with it until I saw this tip. Spray your pan lightly before you put the parchment paper in. It sticks and lays flat. I no longer struggle with it and end up throwing it the trash can.

Hey Mel if you took some spray and sprayed your pan before you laid your paper in your pan it will stick to your pan. Try it. It works!

A quick trick for something to,put out for a quick snack when people drop over that you’ll always have available. Take the pepper jam and pour over a block of cream cheese. Put that out with crackers and voila, a yummy snack to serve with a nice cup of tea or whatever beverage people like. I’m never good when people drop in, but with this I’m always ready. I always have blocks of cream cheese and jams and crackers in the pantry ready to go.

Thank you, honey look for that Southern Biscuit Company Formula L Biscuit mix and try it, use a little less milk that the package says, I think it make the dough too wet. And I've used buttermilk and regular milk, either is fine. I believe you will love them! Thanks so much for watching

Did you know wal mart has butter milk in a can, you just mix it with water,and keep it in the refrigerator after you open it:it stays good for a long time, and it’s as good as the real butter milk, my family loved the corn bread I made with it

I tried making the biscuits that you did a few months back.. oh my🤦‍♀️ I thought I was a pretty good well…an OK cook…but that was a BIG FAIL… if it wasn’t so sad it would be funny..😱 I wanted so badly to know how to make biscuits I ended getting the frozen pillsbury southern biscuits and they were yummy but not homemade 🤯 All your recipes look so delicious.. thanks for always delivering such great videos!! @SUNSHINE yes girl, if I can make them YOU can! And sometimes I use buttermilk and sometimes I use regular milk, they are good either way. Just add it in a little at a time, I think the instructions have us use a little too much, it's very sticky 👍🏻
