All three dishes are so amazing Nin! The pumpkin soup is so pretty, especially with that lovely garnish! I love those cakes as well, but I think the stir fry is the one I want to try making first. Isn't holy basil a spikier leaf, with more of a clove taste? It's not an easy one to find where I live... we mostly get the sweet basil here. Just a wonderfully beautiful video Nin, as always, not to mention such great recipes all around! Thank you!
