I gained so much weight from eating Thai foods and it is because of the fatty coconut milk and jasmine rice, so now I omit the coconut milk, and only sprinkle a tiny amount of coconut shreds as a garnish or add a little nut butter for creaminess and thicken the sauces with tapioca starch or lentils or starchy veggies. I also stick with mostly brown or basmati rices

Very strange for Thai eyes when we see how to cook like this.. but I certainly sure,we don’t make fried rice, papaya salad,Tom kha Kai ,Tom yum gung,sate, pad kraproa etc. like that.. maybe much easier if you find more details about really traditional Thai cuisine.. but much thanks for making this happen..
