Wow, giving exercises to help with each position is great. 1. Touch your toes (with straight spine or rounded). Exercises to help: do the exercise itself (go as deep as possible); single leg deadlift (touch the ground with both hands); inchworms. 2. Deep squat and overhead reach. Exercises to help: do the exercise itself, by holding yourself on to an object; downward dog with bent knees; lay on your front and raise shoulders (belly lifted off the ground, thumbs up). 3. Reverse plan bridge (hands facing backward or sidewards, or forwards). Exercises to help: glute bridge; shoulder extension.

Does the program contain daily routine which changes on daily basis or its a set of exercises which have to be repeated daily? Is the program worth the cost? Whats the duration of the program?
@TheCarloslucerna5 жыл бұрын
The program has a set of exercises to follow, not random stuff daily. Also at first the frequency might feel low and easy but quickly progress is shown without much burden! Also for me it has been worth it. I’m on level 3 I can touch my toes now whenever I want [even after I wake up] and before the program I couldn’t. My shoulder mobility has also seen a major improvement. Honestly it has been worth it and has actually allowed me to stay consistent with my mobility training instead of becoming lazy and not doing it
@hor1515 жыл бұрын
i bought it and think it is a good program especially on basic routines. my mobility is really improving. however, on advanced moves such as split v-sit press-handstand, is on par. coz it is not very detailed. summary if you want all around mobility. this is the one. but if you want advanced moves. maybe here or maybe not

Calisthenicmovement, I have a request for you, could you please make a video to categorize in 3, 4 or 5 levels the progress of a calisthenic athlete? How would you do it, for example, basic (pushups, body rows, squats), intermediate (l-sit, skin-the-cat, bar pullovers), advanced (muscle-up, handstands, .etc), master (planche, one-arm-chin-up,...). I am curious what level I could be in, and I am sure many people will appreciate your perspective.

You are very knowledgable on the subject of strength, endurance and skill training. You have in prior presentations emphasized how important it is to keep the muscles under tension for an optimum length of time. Another youtuber the Jump Rope Guys use a weighted rope to provide this tension. What are your thoughts on jump roping with weighted resistance? Can it help or hurt? With your guys’ skills you probably could jump rope in a hand stand.

I learned them in Abit more than 1 week by just doing 5 sets of 5 with my hands on a stairway. Everytime 5x5 felt good, I just put my hands down a step next time. After wards I did 5 Sets of negatives; Just get into the top position and then lower as slow as possible. I could do my first after half a week and 5x5 after ~10 days.
