Today's video covers exercises that can help relieve knee pain that occurs when squatting. During squatting exercises and tasks, pain on the front of the knee is a common symptom. In most cases, this pain is associated with the joint behind the kneecap, which is called the patellofemoral joint.
Previous research has shown that gluteal strengthening exercises and gradual quadriceps strengthening exercises can help reduce pain and improve capacity of the patellofemoral joint.
