I love your videos and am using your techniques. Thank you In this video, it sounds like there's a background deep breathing/snoring... Odd... I still watched but I did keep looking around my house to see if it was in my space... Nope. I'm curious as to what it was

I think it was just an issue with a lot of background noise. When editing there are some techniques to cancel that background noise and other things but the quality of the audio didn’t necessarily turn out right in this video. I’ve since made a big effort to make things sound better in more recent videos!

Are there any strengthening exercises we can do after loosening up the tight areas?

There are TP! Typically something that focuses on improving trunk strength like a plank etc, as well as hip muscle exercises like clams and hip abductions into squats and lunges can be a basic set to consider for most people!
