I apply these exercise, it's really work, before 15 mints I can't walk and can't set, but when I try this exercise, it's amazing, the pain is 90% gone, thank u so much ,

These are great exercises! I generally don't have back pain. I do get back pain during my periods which is quite normal because of the contractions of the uterus. I can try these exercises.

My back has been improved because I used this back pain guidebook, 4BackPainExercise.blogspot.com . That is genuinely a huge deal to me since I have attempted many, many guidelines and also my back still hurts after each a different one. I can`t believe I have acquired the answer for my back trouble I am hoping this will by final relief!.

Been 10 months am suffering from lower back pain because of gym. Sir. My MRI report says "minimally bulged annulus at L4-L5 level indenting thecal sac and compromising neutral canal bilaterally" I am having morepain whenever I sit and pain exists all over time. Pls help me what kind of exercise I should do???

Hello Miles, Forearm planks: 2-3 sets of 30-60 seconds Glute Bridges: 2-3 sets of 10-20 repetitions Rotational Side plank: 2-3 sets of 10 (5 holds on each side) Hope this helps. Kind Regards, Lesley
