I am just totally in awe of your knowledge, your seemingly endless passion and ability to bring the understanding and lightbulb moments across in a way I can relate to. When I feel a little uninspired you are just the medication I need to refuel my creative side once again, with the added bonus of learning new things I would never have thought of along the way. Thank you Alice ❤

I find using tuned kicks or kick2 makes it easier to make rumbles that fit the track, especially for melodic styles, otherwise you can waste so much time messing around with micropitches and out of tune rumbles. You are one of the only people to sell tuned kick packs, I wish more people did that. Great video anyway, thanks a lot!

Thank you Jack! I am also preparing a Kick 2 preset pack with my own favourite click and thump samples as well. It will take a bit more time for me to finish it but that is coming too 😊

I started printing rumbles just as a means to make them easier to edit and fine tune, hadn't even considered that (especially if made with reverb) they are all a bit different. I found merging them with the kick tail to be easier as an audio clip, not really sure why

Hey Alice, I have some feedback about the way you made this video. Somehow I couldn't seem to follow what you've showed here. To me, and maybe also for others, it's hard to follow what you did here, you've gone trough all the steps so quickly that i couldn't follow what and how you did it.. It's about a way of explaining things. Perhaps a more linear explanation, with more oversight over your DAW, will do better. This constructive feedback is really meant to hopefully help you gain insight in how some people (or maybe only me), perceives your content. So only sweet intentions here! This is the only one that didn't do the trick for me though, because all other video's that I saw of you were straightforward and easy to understand. Please keep up your great work! You've really helped me a bunch already! ;-)

So why is the kick in stereo? It's a mono component of what is essentially a mono instrument. Ableton is so f***ng weird.
