i don’t know my apple id password prior to the ipad disabling (i didn’t have ones) but i do know another apple id that it used to have. is there anything i can do about it?

@@danushanr2087 Connect your phone to a computer and launch iTunes and Finder. Then, f your iPad has a home button, all you need to do to enter Recovery Mode is press and hold the Home button and the power button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds until you see the recovery mode. If your iPad doesn't have a Home button, the process for entering Recovery Mode is to press and release the volume button closest to the power button, then press and release the farther button, and then press and hold the power button until the recovery screen appears.

I finished the steps and it said it was successfully restored, but when it turned on it still said go back to iTunes and do the same thing again, what to do?

Try doing the restore again. And don't disconnect your phone from the computer until you see the Hello screen.
