If you're sure you don't have a backup on iCloud or iTunes, then unfortunately you'll have to reset your iPad to unlock it, which will inevitably wipe out all of your iPad's contents.

I never could figure out the iCloud account info. My husband died and he never wrote anything down and I do good to remember my own. I ended up throwing his new iPad in the garbage.

i unlocked the passcode , then enter country then connected wifi , then ask me apple id and password that i don't have i try using some restore setting program , then said 2003 error
