Well ive done this for ab a year and i can dunk a volleyball but when i go up for the rim without i get alot higher but when i land it starts hurting in my lower back what can i do to stop that when i land ?

I'm 6.6" i can windmill from freethrow line.Can u help me with dunking from 3 pt line?

I thought youre supposed to stretch and weaken your hip flexors to jump higher. doesnt this do the opp?

why would you want to weaken a muscle group important to jumping?

@@MacLaw3084 Maybe weaken was the wrong word, but it's common knowledge that stretching your hip flexors to "keep them out of the way" unlocks vertical jump ability.
