I used to be an avid jogger and yogi. I worked out in some capacity every day of the week practically. I haven't worked out in 7 years due to severe illness. I have been wanting to get back to it recently as I'm doing much better hallelujah 🙏. I'm happy to say that this video has made me feel like it's doable and inspired me to start again! In little chunks like this 3 minutes! I'm so happy and THANKFUL for you. Thank you. God bless you 😀

feeling like my arms are gonna fall off but I finished day 7💪jdjfkld I think this was definitely the hardest one for me, my arms are not as strong as other parts of my body😖 but I still loved it and I hope that with time arm days won't be as hard hehe ty

I absolutely love these short arm-work-outs! They are short but effective, and make my arms burn. I have been doing them regularly, and i can really see a difference in the toning of my arms. They are also fun, and makes me smile through the burn. Thank you❤️

I have all the dancer arm workouts saved to a playlist, and I try to do two of the arm workouts a day! I think being able to spare 8 minutes for strengthening my arms is pretty quick. I also do the 2 min core, arm and leg workouts, and I not only feel the burn, but I see the results already! 10 mins to workout, and 10 minutes to do one of Anna Mcnulty's stretch routines is pretty good for me because I hate things that take hours to see results! It also makes me feel really productive to start my day off with stretches and workouts!

@@umamabukhari2589 yesss. I've recently updated my workout routine, so 5 Min arms, 5 min abs, and the 200 squat challenge (sometimes do a full body cardio workout, if I cna be bothered). I also do about 15 minutes of stretching now, and have seen lots of results!
