I have a trigger thumb And I’ve been doing your three exercises from another video and I even bought the splint and it’s been helping me a lot. Thanks a lot. I would like to know your opinion about using Arnica pain relief gel with the use of ultrasound to penetrate even better. How about red light and microcurrent ? do you think is going to help with the trigger finger? Thanks in advance.

Great for wing Chun Kung Fu. All stretch techniques aid the hand positions required. for example In performing tan sao the hand going from neutral to supinate if incomplete can allow a punch or weapon to get through your defense. Most important! You could increase your subscribers by appearing in a Martial arts section. Supination and pronation difficulty is a common malady in all martial arts. You would get a great number of subscribers. Thank you for sharing your expertise. Doug H Fl.

I have CRPS and my hands are super weird and of course just had carpal tunnel release surgery on the worse affected upper extremity (yeah, the CRPS is full body surface wise but is starting to affect my internal organs because f-you CRPS). I find that for thermal therapy I have to use heat on my palm and ice on the back of the hand because each side is painfully sensitive to the opposite end of the temperature spectrum.
