Here's the next episode of Three-For-All with 3 Peter Frampton Licks From 1975. I've had a number of requests to feature some of Peter's music, so I figured it was time to finally focus on some of his slick licks and trademark fretboard moves.
The ideas in this lesson came from a live TV appearance in 1975, and as I explained in the video - I don't own a "talk box" - so this lesson features some of Peter's "regular" playing and ideas, which are full of tasty bending/vibrato phrases, several twisting pentatonic licks, and literally stocked with some timeless classic rock guitar moves from the '70s.
For those that were around when Peter rose to stardom with his landmark 'Frampton Comes Alive!' album in 1976, you already know and will remember Peter's tasty blues-rock playing, but for those that are new to Peter's music and riffy guitar style, there are plenty of solid licks and ideas shared in this lesson from a complete icon of '70s rock guitar.
