I'm not big on Wieffer, loose too much game time with him on the ball and dead ball time with his technique of recovery and just generally with him on the pitch really - the team is already too slow in fluid motion in comparison to Mount to really benefit from him. A definite no thank you signing.

Only channel I have seen who has been realistic. If the squad stay fit United aren't that far off. But they need a defender with speed to partner Martinez. A defensive midfielder, and a striker with experience. Those 3 are the main priority. A bonus would be a right-back to replace AWB who is great defensively but on the ball not so great. Frimpong or Dumfries would be an upgrade.

I'm not liking any of these suggestions. No Benfica players. They are over-hyped and don't live up to their potential. The last player we bought from Benfica was Lindelof and he is awful (League Two level). For some reason I think Inacio would do well in LB. He has everything needed and Pep, Arteta, Klopp etc have been using center backs in there last year or two, showxasing effectiveness and adaptability to changing trends in football. Inacio is fast, really good on the ball, press resistant, pretty solid in defense and available regularly. So if we get both Todibo and Inacio, I would not mind. We could skip getting a LB then and concentrate on CDM and second striker.

Still like branthwaite for left centre half cover or marc guehi or Hermoso is on a free at the moment. And Rayan Ait-nouri for Left back. Hjulmand for CDM (no.6) from sporting or Joao Neves or Joao Gomes from Wolves. A striker in Guirassy the bundesligas 2nd top goal scorer from stuttgart would be a great signing. If Rashford is sold then imo Mitoma would be an ideal signing. Exactly the kind of winger needed. Someone who skins his man with ease and then pulls the ball back for a team mate to score. Very unselfish player. Master dribbler. Striker wise Guirassy for €15m would be a steal. With Varane leaving, with L.Martinez being injury prone and with Maguire potentially being sold, I think two new CB's will be needed. Todibo from Nice would make a lot of sense with the Ineos connection. Not sure about the second one. Antony simply has to go this summer and if Ten Hag stays then Sancho will be off as well. Can't only have one right winger (Diallo) so someone like Olise or the Ukrainian player from Girona would make a lot of sense. Also need a replacement for Casemiro. I would say Palhinha from Fulham but Bayern look favourites to get him. So maybe Onana from Everton.

It depends on this transfer window…. If they get the right players in and let others go it can happen pretty fast without any injury like last year…. Who knows better than Liverpool but don’t forget still Chelsea City and Arsenal… plus Villa but they will not be top 4 next year too much games for them with the Preier League and Champions League it will be like Newcastle did this season… Chelsea will be one to watch with a young side with one year together a new coach and very important players who were injured like Fofana and Reece James… they need a better keeper in my opinion and a very 9 and they will be dangerous

Few mistakes here 😂 Inacio is definitely left footed and wahi wasn’t even in the top 10 goalscorers in ligue one. But, all the targets are solid ones. Personally think we need a left back before a striker. Don’t care for shaw at all and he’s injured always anyway. If we did get a striker it’d need to be a versatile one who can also play behind or on the wing too otherwise it’s a waste for them or hojlund as they could never play together.

Would love Neves but no way can we afford him (even with sales) - plus....unless there is a U18/U21 player ready to step up I personally think we need two midfielders (Mount def cant do a 6 and cant really do an 8 or pivot imo, and we HAVE to sell McT he isnt reliable in any position) , and with funds tight...maybe allocate Shaw as 3rd or 4th centre half (as long as we buy one and sell Maguire and Lindelof) and buy a left back....but definitely need a centre forward and a wide player (NOT Olise, who is very talented but wouldnt touch him with a barge pole due to injuries in the last two years especially for £60m+)
