This was very helpful. Going into COVID, life was anxious enough, coming out of COVID, chronic worry about safety. Everything got harder, it would be great if things were easier.

Pretty sure all three are happening for me. This is from someone who has practiced being emotionally stable throughout a twenty year career as a Paramedic. Now that’s finished I’m all over the show emotionally. I dunno, maybe I always was 🫤
