Questions to ask when triggered 1. What wound is being activated inside of me right now? 2. What is my earliest memory of feeling like this before? (not the most charged memory) 3. What do i need to heal in me for this to not repeat itself again? (a belief/unmet need or both) We are reprojecting our past pain subconsciously

I sat down today and went through all my believes in the main 13 categories of life and boy oh boy.... so much came up and I got to understand my childhood trauma and where all the problems with trust, pain and guilt, and shame is coming from! WOW. It took me 2 hours but definitely was worth it and will change my life. Probably it would have not been so easy if I haven't been doing other exercises that Thais mentions in other videos. Ever so grateful for all your work! You are incredible!!

Magdalena Walczak hi Magdalena, was this the course that she was talking about? Mastering your emotional state reprogram? I downloaded it and Im a bit overwhelmed about how to start. Do you write down and work on emotions that happen that day, or some stressful situations in general, Im not sure I understand the worksheet. I would appreciate your help🙏🏽

Why cant i remember A LOT of my life, i am 51, is this from Trauma or ADD, its very sad & depressing or is this normal some would say? Thankyou so much for your videos, they are helping me immensley as i ive never been able to understand my behaviours, patterns & triggers!!! It is not our fault yet, people & loved ones just do not understand, its extremely lonely & crippling!!! i truly hope now with your work & persistance that i can turn my thinking & life around, THANKYOU AGAIN 💜

I can’t wait for the next video with the tools!!! This was very eye-opening Thais! Been feeling Abandonment, trapped, unseen, unheard and no say so...are what I feel. My belief I think is that I am not worthy of love...but also what does healthy love of self and in relationships even mean. Thank you again! I love working with you one on one even if it’s a tough process!

Love your channel! I've recently discovered attachment styles and how it affects relationships so I am working on healing myself. I identify with being avoidant attachment but also learned about Disorganized Attachment, could you do a video on this style? Thank you!!

i really appreciate your videos and it is so generous of you to share your knowledge with everyone. I just want to give a feedback in case u could make it even better for u and viewers. i feel like you are struggling to give as much info as possible. and it feels kind of pressured, it makes me anxious sometimes.. can u talk a bit slower please :) ? it could be much more understandable if u slow down a bit and maybe express what u want with less words. Its really a comment out of love! Im a fan!

I struggle a lot with extreme emotions,anxiety,fear of abandonment,lack of boundaries...
