I can’t say enough about the knorr package of Alfredo noodles. Everything is in the package that you need except milk and water. I add some butter for flavor as well as a tsp of chicken broth paste. Makes the best alfredo and takes about 11 minutes. You could add some chicken. Your recipe for this alfredo chicken looks delicious. I’ll have to try it.

Hey LulaMae - hope u are doing well? I just saw tonight that NOAA has the name "Oscar" for 1 of the 2024 Hurricanes this Summer. I watch the best Caribbean forecaster on KZbin called "Mr Weatherman" & there's gonna be another storm named "Tony" this year too (I'll have to tell Alma next). He doesn't say where they are going to go until they get 1-2 weeks out or how bad they are gonna be, but he's very thorough & very correct. Hoping those 2 storms aren't gonna be too bad! I'm not quite sure I should, or how to say this. My life's falling apart. I was laid off about 8 years ago and have not recovered. I had to move back home and my parents are now elderly. I am not sure I can pick up. I have been trying with help from the state. I know no one cares. Except parents. After the layoff I kind of disappeared. But... I listen to you talk and I love to cook myself. I am so thankful to just hear a calming voice. It may sound silly. But as I sit here crying knowing I probably need a colonoscopy, I have rashes, and the clinic said it would be $200... I can hear you and it just puts me in the mood to cook and just be in the moment. So a sincere Thank You!! Thank you for being here.

I barely remember typing that! But when you are in such a frantic state you tend to spew emotion at everything. And I had no one to talk to. However, social media was probably not the best place to do that. In any case, THANK YOU. Words and people who care, like you, mean a lot... even if it's just a post!

Mark, I am so sorry that I am just now finding your comment. And I feel for you and all that you are going through, job losses are very hard. Unless one has been through it themselves, they truly don't understand the full extent that it upsets your life in every area financially, physically, and emotionally. It does encourage me to hear that you do still have your parents to help you through right now and you mentioned that they are elderly so I'm sure that they appreciate you being with them, too. Please keep your chin up and take care of yourself as best you can, I will be praying for you and that God would bless you and that an even better opportunity will come your way soon. I can't wait to make that Cracker Barrel copycat, that is my absolute favorite meal from there. I'm in Pennsylvania, in the apple orchard area. One time I remember instead of having the broccoli and cheddar Chicken, they actually had an apple and cheddar Chicken it was so good. .....The last dish is what I call " Taco Casserole "... and I have not used the Italian dressing, so I'll try it ! I usecRed Enchilada sauce ( hone- made or otherwise) if I make this dish into Enchilada Casserole. Either way, it's really good! ( except I use Corn Tortillas for my Enchilada Casserole. ) " I'm feeling a little under the Weather..."... goes into the kitchen and whips up a really good meal for her Family.... I had to chuckle....girl, if I wasn't feeling well, it was Leftovers or scrambled eggs and few slices of bacon, lol.

I made the Alfredo recipe in the past along with a penne pasta no boil casserole for Sunday dinner when all the kids and grand kids were here and they all loved, loved the Alfredo the best😋. The Prego garlic Alfredo sauce is delicious! Thanks for all you share💕

Hi Mel, I hope you feel better soon. Just wanna let you know that I've been rotating your recipes in my weekly meal prep. Now I don't even have to think what to make. I just replace ingredients with low card/ low chol options ( doctors orders) and go shopping.😊 Love it! Thanks so much. My prep time have been cut in more than half.

For the past couple of weeks ive been binge.watching all kinds of cooking videos. I realized today that i really dont like any kind of meat. Lol. Your videos are my favorites but i doubt ill ever cook them since the thought of meat makes me queezy. Or maybe i'll switch out the meat for carbs or veggies. Any advice would great. Thank you. ❤

Hello, I stumbled across your channel looking for some new ideas and I really enjoy your videos. I'm a recent "empty nester" and I've lost way too much weight, not in a good way either. I miss preparing and sharing meals for my son and and I, is it possible for you to maybe share some recipes for "one"? I really like the taco dish you did! I feel as if I'm wasting too much bread, milk, etc. Most "single" recipes I viewed are vegan or just a bit too healthy for me 😁 it's not easy planning for one as you would think. Have a great week

Welcome, I'm so happy that you found your way here. And I understand your situation and as I am trying to get used to cooking for two again, sometimes three. I will usually half recipes and we eat leftovers for lunch alot. I will for sure keep your situation in mind for videos in the future, too. These casseroles all look great! You made me laugh when you said you never have used the heart or Bundt pan inserts in your springform pan. I still have an “easy” ice cream maker that I wanted so badly several years ago…..guess where it is….still sitting in the box, brand new, in the closet! Guess I didn’t need it that bad, 🤣.
