Pesto is really good when you use a food processor and blend in some pine nuts. Not too many as there are roughly 900 calories per cup, plus the fat content. Thanks again Dr. Blake for more of your healthy and delicious recipes.

Eggs are my go-to when I’m busy or don’t know what to have for lunch or dinner, they are so versatile…..I need to be especially aware of my potassium intake.

The Fox apron was a real turn off, but your videos have always been solid, so I continued to watch. Please don't attach yourself to potentially political affiliates. Recipes are nice, associations, not so much.
