We've already been to the vet but they've said that the cat's weight is normal with blood chem is normal. Before this, we've visited due to inflammed left eye and we were the ones administering the eye drops and the cat seemed stressed. Would stress be one of the reasons for the cat to stop eating? Poop is minimal but not loose, though.

Please help me. My cat who's like a year old won't eat anymore. She used to eat well and was really fit but now she's so thin. We can't afford to go to the vet. I've been researching from Google and other websites. I've powdered some deworming tabs and mixed them with water and fed her with a syringe. I've even given her some homoeopathic tabs (I read it's effective for acute and chronic illness even kidney problems and even anxiety). I've mashed up some fish meat with water and force fed her with a syringe. She doesn't spit out the water but she spits out some fish and milk that i fed. she's with me rn in bed, she purrs too. All day she stays and sleeps in the sunlight. She mostly sit-stands with her head down. Please help me. I don't know what to do. Should I give her appetite stimulants?. I read cats can be lactose intolerant but my dad keeps nagging and scolding me to feed her milk. I even checked her teeth and she doesn't have cavities.

I’m here because I’m losing tons of patience with my cat refusing too eat and I don’t have an answer for it. I brought her several bags of food and The bags I did buy she shows no interest, I would watch her grab a mouth out of her bowl an spit it out onto the floor, so I brought her a different brand & again shows no interest. My cat is 18months old, I was really worried that time but I tried to rehydrate him always with water and sugar after almost a week he started eating again but he seems weak and very pale so I made him drink a dextrose water. You can buy online, mine's brand is Mondex and is really good. Hope it helps.

@@Dreamer-ru2ee when my kitten is weak I attend to her needs, please don't let your kitten become dehydrated. She might be dealing with something, some kind of desease or parasite. I am not a veterinarian but what I do if my kitty feels sick is I made them drink water with sugar or try something that has electrolytes (such as Mondex powder) in it which will help the kitten to gain energy. Also try to observe if your kitty has shown symptoms of any parasites, it might be infested with parasites. But better off see a vet to properly treat your kitty.

@@diybro8442I'm sorry for your loss, we know how hard it is to lose a cat especially when you yreated them as your fam. 2weeks ago we just lost our 7yr old baby boy. I'm so sad and my mother cried for hours, it's her favorite cat btw. We missed him so much. Just look at your cats photos and cry whenever you need to, it really helps us cope with sadness. It isn't easy but take your time.

hindi na po kumakain yung pusa ko po nung yesterday tanghali.. Baka po mamatay na po siya😔and napaliguan ko po kase siya nung isang araw.. Hindi na rin po naming kaya mag pa vet😔ano pong gagawin para po maiwasan iyon??
