Nothing can truly prepare you for a carpal tunnel syndrome. It's horrible waking up in tears because your hands hurt so bad and then you have to stand up to get them to have feeling again which. Happens darn near. Ten times a night

This helped me identify the pressure/pain I feel in my right femur when working or exercising. Especially when I do neck exercises. It had been a mystery. I got x-rayed and was prescribed pain gel last week, but this video is one of your best for me. Between you guys, my doctor and my personal interest in self care, I've got things handled well. Thanks!

I'm pretty sure I have CT. But I'm not sure if 2 things are caused by it. First the outer side of my right upper arm running down to my outer forearm has been in severe pain for over a month. I can't lift anything, even my coffee cup with that arm. No known injuries, no exercies to sprain anything. Second my hand totally falls asleep at night (right hand). Wat do you think?

So I have to laugh - I can picture you two being part of the crazy anatomists that named the carpals- which there are 8 by the way :-) however, you know I often think when they named these bones, they did okay until they got to the "pisiform" and my thought is the anatomists were guys- sitting around dissecting a cadaver, having a couple of beers and they did well naming 7 of the bones and then they got to the last one and one of the guys says "man I got to go piss- let's just name this one pisiform and call it a night" :-)
