Great video, thanks for sharing. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, Really love him so much, i can’t stop thinking about him. I’ve tried my very best to get him back in my life but to no avail, I’m frustrated because i literally can't envision my life with anyone else. About the letter. In case you can actually send voice memo. And you've made some real changes. And you are dedicated to keep improving yourself. That will be heard in the way you speak. And the beauty of it is they can keep it and listen again. And hearing you being calm and understanding tone and words can help reconnect the bond between you. Note tough, that if you didn't change that that too will be heard. So make sure you take action in your changes first. No matter what you do.

After spending 6 months in couples as well as individual therapy, I unlearned old behaviors and we both worked on how to interact with each other and made amends to each other. We got back together and and everything seemed so good and new again till she once again started to grow distant and then totally emotionally unavailable. After me asking over and over r you ok, r we ok, or what's wrong, her answers were always we re fine or ur just being paranoid. Finally she told me she doesn't love me anymore. Now we are separated but still living together, now as roommates, with our kids. Where did I go wrong? Is there anything I can do?

Hi Alex I'm in a ldr and my ex wanted space which I gave her she said she has been thinking so much, after about a week she decided to end the relationship I went into no contact straight away after 3 weeks she contacted she asked how I was but about picking up our things she also mentioned she said it appears I am doing well and that she can see a great lifestyle change and that she's really happy that I am happy, she has noticed this through my fb stories I messaged her back politely saying thank you iv been going gym and trying new things etc and I even put in a little joke that she laughed at, only thing is she wants to drop my things off to her friends place it's like she doesn't want to see me, she said when she drops the things off she will let me know to go and pick up what shall I do?

My advice. Don't reach out untill you actually have something to show for it. And getting back together is a journey and a process. Not a quick fix. Not if you want it to be long term anyways.
