Can we achieve what we want to achieve? What I'm learning is in today's world it is exceedingly difficult to launch and manage a business for example by oneself. It takes a team. Often it requires a coach, a mentor, or both. I'm sure MindValley has a very large staff. So how does one find the right partners, teammates, coach, mentor, or virtual assistants to create the success we envision and seek to manifest to answer the calling we hear?
Please invite SHADE ZAHRAI ma'am many more times ....the simplicity and stories with which she explains really makes it great to learn and apply

Questions you have to ask yourself: Principle 1: Self esteem-Do you value yourself? Self efficacy-Can you complete this task? Internal locus of control-Do you have control over your thoughts and actions? Principle 2: Emotional stability-Can you emotionally self regulate? Rewire your life story-Be creator not victim of your story. Principle 3: Refresh your mind- only lessons learnt no regret Inner critic and ego- ego exists only when we have a negative self view. You can create room for your higher self only when you have positive self view. Do the Inner work first then all work will be easy.

Hey YOU, beautiful person reading this...The truth is you are confident and good enough already with who you are, where you are at and what you have right now to have the success you want in life. Don't let others define what “success” is for you. Get up, learn that skill and go after it! I believe in you so much! Have an awesome day! - Love, Nat ❤️

Thanks for sharing! With Imposter Syndrome, we doubt ourselves quietly, but believe we are alone in this doubt because no one wants to share it publicly. This is why it is so important that we are expressing this and talking about it! If we want to beat Imposter Syndrome, we have to recognize we are not alone. :-)

It is these very people creating the imposter syndrome.. They work for employers saying that you must look like this and work in this way. They are creating the imposter syndrome. Also at the beginning he talks all a out Shade... All her accolades create imposter syndrome.

Love the Olympic medals analogy. Need to experience dopamine hits of meeting the goals. Looking upward or looking downward as a focus can influence how we perceive something as a win or as a regret that we didn’t do better.

How powerful this talk is, I’ve always done it wrong, I never realize about the hard work I put up but only focus on my failure which drags me down multiple times, what a great medals analogy that is! It’s time to put up some work!

When I was 23 years old I was supposed to marry the woman of my dreams, but I let my controlling father talk me out of it. All because I'm a short man and can't defend for myself or her if ever we got attacked. I'm now 41 and had given up on looking for love. Since that day I lost my confidence, self esteem, self worth and self love 😢😭😭! I really need some help!!!

Shade has been very famous recently with KZbin shorts helping employees challenges in day to day life, i have recently requested her to share some insight for entrepreneurs thanks to Vishen about right time now we have high core self evaluation theory. The word self efficacy coined by Albert Bandura He was a Canadian-American psychologist also known for social cognitive theory, self efficacy, social learning theory and bobo doll experiment ! Recently died in july 2021

🎆 Thank you to both of you for this podcast opportunity. In her complexity shade has strategized the human concept in the material world. But I think to me people still can't move because they have lost their power. The wolf you freed still suffocates. As a human being if we only dwelll with the mind we will not flourish until we give back the power to our body : how we master our breathing.. Especially when waking up in the morning and during stressful time. If we master our breathing we gain our power back. The better way is breathing first then only go to your mind. This is I would say the profound human growth formula. And the third thing what shade has missed is imposter syndrome will not go away if we still make relationships with the wrong wife, husband and friends. My last frank and humble word is the majority of people have been duped by the material world when they are confused about the Hereafter because they do not find Allah. I wish you both all the best. Thank you.
