Thanks Russell, seems like this is such a big secret and I’ve heard a lot of junk on it. All I ever wanted was the concept. Thanks again!

Good video. Completely agree you don't want to "release" trail hand. But because its natural to be active with your dominant hand in an athletic move, it takes some practice to keep that right hand from breaking down. And you don't want it just dragging the left arm like an anchor....after all, when asked, Ben Hogan said he wished he had three right hands for power!

So I guess your saying the wrists are basically passive contingent upon the hip rotation? Until the impact position? Not sure of the third one...I was looking for nailing the wrists....not sure if I got it on this one...thanks

Great instructional video. May need correct lighting when viewing through the back camera. Just a thought.

Russell.....I understand centrifical force is happening naturally to uncock the left wrist, but when you say that's one of the biggest factors in club head speed, are you trying to consciously add to that centrifical force or is your wrist so relaxed the whole move just happens naturally?......thanks

You need to be relaxed in the wrists in order for the centrifugal force to work naturally and properly. My opinion.

Well you need to time it relative to your left arm. So it does happen naturally but maybe your arm is too slow? Too quick etc or maybe

Russell, does the trail hand could help on the downswing by pulling the club down (not to the ball, let ‘s say to the right foot) in order to keep the clubshaft on plain and help the people who comes over the top?

No this would be a rotational movement not a pull, will keep discussing this more and more

The more I think about my golfing it becomes am I actually playing left handed ? My left side facing the target although I’m right handed, if I wore a glove it would be on my left hand. 🤔🏌️♂️

I thought the first move is a big weight shift to the left side?

Will talk about that soon
